Be Kind Foundation 15 incorporated as a company limited by guarantee and is re8lStered as a charity
number 1166367.
The trustees and directors of the company are responsible for the overall management and control
of the company working with other persons on an entirely voluntary basis.
Recruliment and appointment of trustee5
Trustees are appointed from time to time according to the needs of the trust.
The trustees meet every 3 months.
Risk Management
The trustees have a duty to identify and review the risk5 to which the tharity is exposed and to
ensure appropriate controls are in place to provide reasonable assurance against fraud and error.
oBJE￿IVES AND AcfiviTIES
Objertives. aims and public benefit
The objectives of Be Kind Foundation are wholly for the public benefit.
The principle aims of the charity and objective of the charitable company are the prevention or relief
of poverty, a55iSting in the provision of education, training, healthcare, food, clean water, shelter
and clothing, and undertaking projects to provide 5UPPOrt to enable individuals to generate a
sustainable income and be self-sufficient.
Grant maklng
Be Kind Foundation are always actwely seeking out partner organisations that can further its
objectives in an efficient and effective manner. As a result the charity will make grants to other
organisations which the trustees consider are deserving and in line with the Charitys policies.
ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE
Be Kind Foundation has provided funds for the buildlnE of a mosque, the rLtnning costs of an
orphanage, supply of water pumps. housing projects and medical asSlStance during the period under
review.
Construction of the 10 homes project has been difficult and time consuming, this project ha5 taken 6
years, 2 years lor)ger than expected. The 10 families are most grateful to all of those who helped
raise funds. and prayers for all those who gave their hard earned monev.

Jamia Masjid Haji Chatk project ha5 been completed, almost l year before the estimated time of
completion. This is due to a brilliant response from the donors affiliated with the village the masjid is
being built.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
Reserves policy
The trustees regularly review the risk5 to the charity and are actively monitorin8 the reserves
available to the charity. As there are no significant commitments and grants are made only when
funds are available, the trustees have decided to rnaintain a minimum reserve amount of £20,OCK) to
cover any contingencies.
The charity relies fully on voluntary income.
The trustee5 are satisfied that all funds received have been applied in a wholly effective manner.
FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS
Be Kind Foundation will continue with its core activities of poverty relief and assistante with shelter,
education, healthcare and sanitation.
In Ramadan 2025 we have announced to raise funds for a new project, Aag05h E Noor Orphanage,
which will be built in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
Aa8osh E Noor will provide a loving home for girls born and dumped in piles of rubbish, raising them
with a brilliant education system, preparing them for after care life.
We have estimated the cost of this project to be £250,IXJO. We are hoping to raise this amount by
Ramadan 2027.
BE Kind Foundation has signed Memorandum Of Understanding with 4 very reliable and respected
charities for enhancing cooperation. BKF and the MOU charities will work together sharing the
common objective of alleviating the Suffering of people in disaster andlor poverty affected countries
through short and long term sustainable developments in the spirit of equality and p3rtner5hip
among people.
Considering also that to achieve shared objectives, it is desirable for BKF and MOU signed charities
to cooperate and collaborate with each other where appropriate over a wide range of issues
covering humanitarian assistance and sustainable development, and,
Desirous of co-ordinating our efforts wherever there are mutually beneficial outcomes with a vlew
to pursuing our common aims.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("th8 Trust'} for the year ended 31 JULY 2025.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Acl 2011
lllhe Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all Ihe applicable Direclions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515)(bl of the Act.

examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect..
