I rel￿ in respect of my examination of the Trust's account8 carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying OLrt my 8xamination, I
have followed all the applicable Diredions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters hav8
•xamin•rfs Statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below") in CL)nnection with
the examination which gives me Cause to believe that in, any material
respect,:
the accyjunting records were not kept in accordance wilh se(*on 130
of the Act,. or
the accounts did not accord with the accounts'ng records; or
the a¢¢ount$ did not comply with the applicable requirements
¢onc8ming the fom and content of accounts set out in the Charities
IA¢wunts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'tNe and fairf view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concems and have come across no other matters in ￿nne￿IOn
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a prop8r understanding of the accounts to be reached.
