excellent and iniiovative teaching and leai'ning. We celebi'ate success and promote a can-do
attittide and inspii'e each individiial to achieve their best target. We suppoit p¢i'sonal
development, social i'esponsibility and a sense of self-woi'th. Fuithei. to our woi'k, the chai'ity
continues to develop and offer mentors pi'ogi'ams and encourages participation through
conipetition and events in the fields of creative wi'lting to all our membei's.
Tlie charity aims to pi'ovide a challenging envii-onment to stii]]ulate, Inainlain and develop a
lively and enquii'ing inind and elicoui'age all our pupils to reach theii. full potential and
become independent leai'nei's. We aim to appoint and i'etain staff of highei. quality and
develop all our mcntoi s expei'tise. It does Iliis by pi'oviding high-quality Educating Mentors
to work with each student, inci'easing theii. subject knowledge, confidence and study slcills
and enabling mol'e young people to l'each their potential in life, regai'dless of their
backgroiind.

parents foi. all theii- hard worlc throughout the year.
