The trustees are pleased to present their Annual Report alongside the financial statements of
Y2 Education for the year ending 30 April 2024. Thcse documents have bcen prepared to
cotnply with the requirements of the Companies Act and Chariti¢s Act 2006 and in
accordance with the charity's governing documents, as well as the Accounting and
Reporting by Cbaiities" Statement of Recominended Practice (SORP).
Objectives aiid Aiins
Oiir Mission.. The core mission of Y2 Education is to support students and parents in
achieving their individual goals, wbile equipping children with the knowledge, skills, and
practical abilities necessary to thrive.
Key Objectives:
- D¢livcr diverse and challenging education through innovative and excellent teaching
niethods.
- Celebrate acbievements and foster a "c2n41o" attitude among our students.
Inspire individuals to achieve their personal best wbile developing social responsibility and
a sensc of self-worth.
In addition to these, Y2 Education continues to expand its tllentoring piDgrams, offeiing
tailored support to meinbers. The organization encourages participation in competitions and
events, particularly in ¢r¢ative writing, to inspire and nurture talent.
Aims:
Yeelo 2 Education aims to help all students achieve meaningful aCad￿niC outcoines, enabling
progression into further education, employment, or training. Our focus is on Providing:
- High-quality Mentoring to improve subject knowledge and study skills.
Confidence-building PTograins designed to unlock each studcnt's potential.
- Equitable oppoituniti¢s for young people to succeed, irrespective of iheir background.

You consider that th¢ company is exempt from an audit for the year ended 30 April
2024. You have acknowledged, on thc balanee sheet, your responsibilitics for
complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to
accollnling records and the preparation of accounts. These responsibilities incliide
preparing accounts that give a trne and fair view of the state of affairs of the company
at the end of the financial year and of its profit or loss for the financial year.
In accordance with your instructions, we have prepared the aecounts which comprise
tbe Profit and Loss Account and the Balance Sheet from the accouiiting rccords of the

Basis of Preparatlon,. The accounts are prepared under the historical cost convention
and in compliance with the Financial Reporting Standard 102 (FRS 102) and Charities
SORP {FRS 102).
Fund Aecountlng.. All funds are unrestricted.
Income Recognitlon: Income is recognized when receivable and can be measured
reliably.
Expendlture Reeognition.. Expenditure is recognized on an accrual basis.
