SubSert: Re.. NMI budget and receipts infom)ation
Firstly my apologies, I said Suzanne, it should have been Susanna. an amount of £190 which hasn't yet been paid. I
see that Andrew has recorded payments made to date via a 5tandin8 order and BACS, and l ag￿e that thi5 is an
accurate record of money paid out of the bank account. The £240 was paid by mistake. this was the total amount
received by the church specifically for NMI, however we always make up the dtfference and pay the full bud8et
amount. Unfortunatelythat mistake was made duringthe handover from me to Andrew. and I must acknowledge
that I didn't make it clear to Andrew that I had set up a standin8 order.
Hopefully this can now be resolved and we can pay the balance plus the amount of £190 towards the W&W trip to
Albanla (being led by Susanna).
Thanks everyone
Veronica
