Activities
Refugees START was established in response to the refugee crisis in 2015, to support refugees & asylum seekers in both the UK and Europe. We have since incorporated Yorkshire Aid, a pre-existing group of local volunteers in Leeds. Current activities focus on collecting & sorting, or buying, items needed by refugees locally in Yorkshire, and transporting suitable donations to Calais.
