Ummsalama Foundation Trustees’ Report and Annual Accounts For the Year Ended 30 April 2026
The Trustees of Ummsalama Foundation confirm that the charity is currently in discussions with elders in North Eastern Somalia regarding the possibility of restarting new community projects. Any future projects will be subject to the decision and approval of the local elders.
At present, the charity has not received any funding or donations during the financial year. Due to the lack of financial support, the Trustees are considering the possible closure of the charity by the end of 2026 if no funding is secured.
With regard to the annual accounts, the charity recorded no income and no expenditure during the year ended 30 April 2026. No capital was introduced during the year. Accordingly, the balance sheet remains balanced, with assets less liabilities equal to capital.
