**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:(1) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY,FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE IN SUCH PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE, AND IN PARTICULAR IN THE PACIFIC OCEAN, THE CARIBBEAN SEA AND INDIAN OCEAN WHERE YACHTS AND YACHT CREW TRAVEL.(2) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM CANCER, AND TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM CANCER, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE.
