**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE EDUCATION OF OLDER PEOPLE AND THOSE WHO ARE RETIRED FROM FULL TIME WORK, BY ALL MEANS INCLUDING ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES CONDUCIVE TO LEARNING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.

**Activities:** The charitable purposes of the U3A are to advance education of people not in full time gainful employment.We have monthly meetings with interesting speakers. We organise trips out to various places.  We facilitate interest groups which are considered to be the life blood of the U3A. We benefit local older people through the range of activities that we provide.
