**Report to the trustees/** Charity Name **members of** Hope Family Arbourthorne **On accounts for the year** 31 March 2025 **Charity no** 1166179 **ended (if any) Set out on** the two pages following the TAR: balance £26,000 (of which £3,115 is restricted) (remember  to include the page numbers of additional sheets) I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2025. 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or 

- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records 

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

that meets weekly on a Sunday for corporate worship & leaching. as well
as at other times during the week for prayer and Bible study.
In addltlon to church meetings. the cl￿rIty also endeavours to fulfil Its
objects via a number of activities working out of the Spires Centre.

Community albtrnent
This is a growing vibrant communty of volunteers whj meet a couple of
time a week to support the growing of food on the atlotmént & supp(YtirMJ
others to le8m new skills. Produce is used by some of the Spire's Centre
projects. (Over this last year the Spires Community Alloknent has
become its own independent group- though still operates (xrt of the
Splres Centre and closely wtth the Hope Famty CharTty.)
Craft and Chatter
Meets weekly during term time. Opporbjnity f￿ pwple to meel socially
particularly for those who are socially isolated.
Soup Wagon
Weekly thrOug￿Ut the ￿rynter months. Hope F￿llY Arb(MJrt￿rne fulfils
the Sunday sbt on the Cit￿ rota providing soup etc to Sheffield's
homeless communty.
Dementla Café
Once weekly cafe. Friendly space lo meet for those with dem￿tia and
their carers to prowde cwortunlties for sc¢ial interaction.

Foodbank continues to provides food for approxffnately 120 people eath
week. On site there is citizen's advice support available for clients to
book a slot. along hMth a Debit Adwce person and an independont quit
smoking SUPFrt)rt dini¢. Other ¢our5es l advi￿ ¢lini¢x have also been
made available at times through out the year- including a money course.
