Worcester thristadelphian Eccle5ia Annual Report of the Trustees Year Ended 31st December 2025 Worcester Christadelphian Ecclesia is a Registered Charity no. 1166096116th March 20161. The address is St George's Lane North. Barbourne. Worcester WRI IQX. Trustees The trustees who managed the Charity in 2025 were: Stephen Smith James Ar5cott Richard Webb Gregory Bilton Isaac Hughes Daniel Jones Joshua Jones David Green Andrew Ormerod Trevor Wroughton (Secretary) (Assistant Secretary) (Treasurer) (Resigned during the year) The trustees listed above were elecied by a biannual (every two years) vote of the ecclesial membership in October 2024. The Chariws governing document is a constitution modified and approved by all members of the Ecclesia on 28th August 2022. The trustees consist of the Secretary, Assistant Secretary and Treasurer and other members of the Arranging Commtttee. The election of members to act as trustees is by nomination and secret ballot which all members of the Ecclesia are entitled to participate in. The Work of the Char This is defined as: To further the spiritual growth of the members Promote 8ible based Christianity within Worcester. and throughout the UK Support other charitable organisations of a Christian nature or as seen fit by the Ecclesia. The Ecclesia held weekly services on a Sunday and Thursday throughout 2025, both in the hall and on-line via Zoom as well as Other services. preaching and social artivities. Thi5 included a 6 week seminar series and craft sessions. A small Sunday School and Toddler Group took place. All

activities were open to the public, with the ex￿ptIOn of the Quarterly and Annual Business meetings. We continue to support a small number of Iranian refugees both as members and non members. Membership was 82 at the start of the year and 82 atthe end of the year. Poli Documents The Ecclesia has a Health and Safety Policy. and a Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy which requires all trustees and ecclesial volunteers to be DBS checked on a regular basis. Fire Safety and insurance requirements are also complied wtth. We also hold yearly refresher sessions on Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection which members attend on the day or encouraged to review the session notes online after the event where possible. Financial Su Income is derived primarily from member donations. Gift Aid. grants and contributions towards specific artivities and all the work of the Ecclesia is conducted on a voluntary basis. Most of the Eccle5ia's attivities are provided free of charge to members and non-members alike. We have procedures in place to ensure that travel and financFal expenses are covered. Money is distributed from the ecclesia to other Christadelphian charities as well as local and national charities we are happy to help, such as Worcester Foodbank, Maggs Day Centre, St Richard's Hospice, Acorn Hospice and Mcmillan. We also support our members in need. With regard to the Ecclesial finances. the trustees remain of the opinion that the balance of funds in hand on 31. December 2025 was satisfactory. and that the current level of receipts and payments are such that the Charity can continue to function during the coming year. anisation We allocate specific activities and workstreams to our Arranging Committee wtth a view to sharing the workload and ensuring that all our arttVFties. are spectfically approved by the Committee. The Arranging Committee have also taken the view that areas such as Admin, Preaching, Welfare and Youth attivities should have additional input from the wider Ecclesia and each has a specific sub- committee reporting back to the Arranging Committee.
