**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS"):(I) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN THE BOROUGHS OF HACKNEY AND HARINGEY, LONDON THROUGH:(A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;(B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.(II) TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED.

**Activities:** Refreshing Minds, a user-led youth club, targets vulnerable girls from North London. Our wraparound youth support includes weekend and after-school clubs, social skills/therapy sessions, holiday camps, and an annual pantomime. With continued research on changing needs, Refreshing Minds is determined to bridge the gap and enable challenged youth to become confident, capable contributors to society.
