## TRUSTEES’ ANNUAL REPORT FOR 2025 

During the year the Naturetale Restoration Foundation continued with the implementation of its meadow species establishment trial, as planned.  This year flowering plants were recorded for the following species: Meadow saxifrage, Pignut, Dropwort. During the spring and summer the trial plots were mown, as per the trial specification. 

This year, both the flower counts and the mowing regime were adversely affected by the drought conditions that set in soon after the Meadow saxifrage had flowered, and persisted throughout the rest of the summer. Hence the recorded numbers of Pignut and Dropwort flowers were very low, which meant that no further progress could be made with the statistical analysis of the trial results.
