**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS, IN PARTICULAR DOGS AND CATS, IN LIBYA AND TUNISIA IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS SUCH ANIMALS BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR SUCH ANIMALS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG SUCH ANIMALS IN NORTH AFRICA.

**Activities:** RANA aim to relieve the suffering of dogs and cats across Libya and Tunisia who are in need of care and medical assistance. By sterilising, finding new homes and educating the public on how to take better care of their animals, RANA  aim to reduce the number of unwanted strays both on the streets and across shelters in Tunisia and Libya.
