The fruslees rneet monthly. and are resix)n5i6le for all decisions taken in relation to the tuming of the Mosque and the
¢entre facilities 8J)d the activities provided by the charity. To assist Èry the Smooth tijntiing Of the charity, the tn]st¢¢s
hav¢ s¥t up &numb¢r of 5ub-coutmittees that help them ov¢rsee certain aspect of charity's work. Sub-cothmittees are
currently s¢r up for Education. and foy the day-to-day management of the buildilkg and report back withtheir
recommendations to the meeiiDg of the hustees. The Sub-committees each meet5ix limes a year, on alÉernate mwiths.to
eachother. The ¢hair of tn￿te¢s, Chai￿ both svb¢o]nmitteeswhok rnembership reflects th¢ particular ski115 that
truskes call bringtt) the wotli of the sub-commi(r9es. The day-ttrdaymanagemellt of1he Mosque alld the centre's
facilities and projects are d¢l¢goted to the commillee with skill& in this area. A separate committee deB]s with th¢ Friday
collections and banking. The treasurer reports to the tsustee& ex¢wi$¢5 intrrnal fillancial contrL)l. prepares monthly

countries around the world. This year, 85 we did last year, we admknistered thv receipt and di5tributÉon of Zakat, which
is colle¢¢ed and distributed in accordance with'ihe teachings of Islam for the rclief of those in poverty. We work with
