## **Treasurer’s report ending 31 Aug 2021** 

## **Financial Position** 

Total Income = £916 Total Expenditure = £913 Balance at 31/08/21 = £7490 

The majority of this year was impacted by Covid-19 and the inability to hold events.  The income was made up of membership (£685) and fundraising (£231). 

The expenditure was made up of room hire (£30), refreshments (£5), Insurance (£443), materials (£240), printing and stationery (£76), equipment (£90) and Other (£25) as documented in the Annual Return to the Charity committee. 

The 2019-21 annual return has not been filed. 

## **Bank Signatories** 

Currently as follows:  Sarah Barnes  Judith Evans  Sarah Duncan Jones 

Two signatures are required to make cheque payments against the accounts. The Treasurer also has internet banking access to the account, but the account does not allow online transfers at the moment. 

Sarah Barnes will stand down as Treasurer for 2021-22.
