To promote diversity in classical music, for the public benefit, in particular but not exclusively, through the advancement and promotion of Black and ethnically diverse classical musicians, aged 7 to 65, residing in the UK and Europe. To advance arts and culture by supporting the music careers of diverse people through the Chineke! Orchestra, Junior Orchestra, and Education programme.

Objects: 1. To Advance The Art Of Classical Music For The Public Benefit, Bya) Supporting, Developing And Training Ethnic Minority Classical Musicians, Aged 7 To 26, Living In The UK And Europe, In Particular But Not Exclusively, Through Annual Competitions, And Mentoring Programmes;b) The Staging Of High Quality Classic Musical Performances;2. The Advancement In Life Of Ethnic Minority Classical Musicians Of Limited Means Living In The UK And Europe For The Public Benefit, By Supporting And Providing Career Opportunities, In Particular But Not Exclusively, Through The Establishment Of Junior And Professional Orchestras; And 3. To Promote Education In Classical Music, For The Public Benefit, In The UK And Europe By Providing, In Particular But Not Exclusively, Educational Programmes And Scholarships For Ethnic Minority Classical Musicians, Aged 7 To 26 And Encouraging Programmes Of Classical Music Within Schools.
