TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25 IN ENGLAND AND WALES BY:- PROVIDING SUPPORT WHICH DEVELOPS THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITY, CAPABILITIES AND SELF-AWARENESS TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS- PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE TO DELIVER APPROVED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES OF EMOTIONAL AWARENESS AS MEANS OF PREVENTING POTENTIAL ADDICTION, CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR OR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES,- PREPARING YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY;- RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS AND EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT IDENTIFYING BEHAVIOUR LEADING TO POTENTIAL ADDICTION, CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR OR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES;2.
