**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:-A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND WELL-BEING, RELIEF, AND SUPPORT OF PEOPLE IN NEED BY PROVIDING A TRAUMATIC INCIDENT REDUCTION INTERVENTION FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM THE PSYCHOLOGICAL, AND EMOTIONAL EFFECTS OF A TRAUMATIC INCIDENT OR EVENT, PRIMARILY IN THE COUNTY OF SURREY.B) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT MENTAL HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF INTERVENTIONS TO ALL SECTIONS OF THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM PSYCHOLOGICAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, EMPLOYMENT OR RELATIONSHIP PROBLEMS AND PROBLEMS RELATING TO ADDICTIONS.

**Activities:** Focused on reducing the impact of psychological trauma, quickly and effectively. Primarily people who have been directly involved or witness to a specific traumatic incident or event benefit from our services.We used a technique called Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), and with thanks to the Big Lottery we have been able to demonstrate its effectiveness.
