This Company was set up as a registered licenced premises for the sale of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, for the use of the members of Newcastle & Hartshill Cricket Club CIO. According to the Articles of Association, the CIC will finance the CIO donating any surplus that it makes each financial year. The CIO also raises funds by inviting members to make an annual donation. We confirm that we do not work with a professional fundraiser. We apply for grants from local companies and sports associations to fund major projects. During the financial period reported we did not receive any grant funding from central government or a local authority. During the financial period for this return. we did not receive income from outside of the UK, or operate outside of England & Wales. The Cricket Club obtained DBS checks in line with ECB/Staffordshire Cricket guidelines. The CIO is run by volunteer5 and does not have any paid employees.
