||The charity carries out a wide range of activities in pursuance of its charitable<br>aims.<br>The trustees consider that these activities summarised below, provide benefit<br>both to those who attend our Organisation and the wider Community of<br>Northampton.<br>**Religious Activities**<br>Nurullahi Muslim community provides a centre for worship and prayers and<br>other activities associated with the Islamic faith.<br>For the period of the year under review, we presented a range of services and<br>activities. Festivals: Foods and drinks are available for any members of the<br>community to celebrate Eid. More so, during Ramadan plenty of foods, fruits,<br>and drinks are provided for any members of the public that want to break their<br>fast.<br>**Civil marriage and Nikah**<br>Nurullahi Muslim Community provide Muslims couples with an appropriate<br>support and avenue to carry out their Nikah during the year under review.<br>**Hifz Classes:**<br>Teaching and learning to memorise the Quran is regarded as an important<br>element of Islamic religious education and moral training. We continue to make<br>available this class for young people in Northampton. We are very glad this<br>programme continues to run successfully with over 30 young people still<br>attending till date.<br>**Programme on the Qur'an:**<br>We carry out a full Quranic recitation every quarter to help members and the<br>public to get a crystal-clear understanding of Quran teaching.<br> **Islamic awareness**:<br>we hold public lectures by bringing external lecturers that are well qualified<br>Islamic scholars; where members and community at large are invited to listen<br>and ask a question on general Islamic teaching.<br>**Zakat:**<br>This is one of the important pillars of our faith. It's said that whoever can give<br>charity should give it. Money is collected under the principle of Islamic teaching<br>by those that have the means. The collected money is used for a number of<br>specific reasons, such as helping others. A Muslim need not give their Zakat to<br>Nurullahi Muslim Community, but we do provide an opportunity for those who<br>want to contribute to giving theirs and we arrange its distribution for approved<br>purposes.<br>**Community Activities**<br>Our rented community hall provides a valuable educational and recreational<br>avenue to all inour localcommunity centre.|

3. Regular Muslim training for our members and general public to enable them to grow their Muslim faith. 

4. Regular outreach programs to enable us to be able to invite members of public.
