chanty's abilty to help chiklren in Bhutan either from disadvantaged rural
areas or with speafic mental or physical disabilities. The primary way to
achieve these obiet*ves is through achievable. tangible educational and
medicinal initsative$, wothng in collaboration with exists.ng BhLrtanese
struL#ures. Working with such partner organisations enables Opening
your Heart to Bhulan to ensure its projeds or donated assets reach
larger groups of thiklren most effe(*'vely.

disabled andlor disadvantaged children in Poof rural schools. Intiiatives
can indude the installation of dean water fitters in schools, training and
supporting educational malerials for the two V¢xational Training Schools
we support in Bhutan.
Also feeding and paying salaries for a wide rage of special needs
teachers and building and ￿n0vating school classrooms and additional
infrastru(#ure.

In order maintain conLqct with the organisations ￿ support and to deliver
donations and material goods in the most efficient wqy, the chanty pays
for the servic￿ of Ugyen Tshering, a Bhutanese ¢ttizen. Ugyen works on
serf*mployed basis, is fluent in English and has a background in the
voluntary sector.
