**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 14 - 25 LIVING IN OXFORDSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF HELP AND SUPPORT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH'S AWARD AS A MEANS OF DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** The provision of an 'Licensed Organisation' as defined by The Duke of Edinburgh's Award to enable young people to participate in the Award within Oxfordshire and the adjacent areas in an 'open award' setting i.e. not linked to either a school or a nationally recognised organisation, such as the scouts.
