**Activities:** The provision of an &#x27;Licensed Organisation&#x27; as defined by The Duke of Edinburgh&#x27;s Award to enable young people to participate in the Award within Oxfordshire and the adjacent areas in an &#x27;open award&#x27; setting i.e. not linked to either a school or a nationally recognised organisation, such as the scouts.
