## **Objectives and activities** 

To promote and protect the good health of people with physical and mental health conditions and provide support for their carers, in the parish of Silverton and the surrounding areas. We provide and assist in the provision of facilities and support services for the elderly; in particular those with Dementia. 

## **Achievements and performance** 

## _**Chairman's report**_ 

It has been a difficult number of years for Silverton Room4U during the COVID 19 Period. 

The trustees stayed in contact during the first lock down and we took our timing and guidance from the public health departments as to what to do. 

During 2021-22 we opened up all the services we could to allow the use of Room4U but without the Friday friends. 

The building has been well used by our counsellors and foot clinics and all our other services have been gradually re-introduced to continue our work within the community Regards
