We finished the year with a balance in the general account of £10961.06 but included in that was the January 2021 rent of £1200 from Rossy’s Rascals. Also included was a Grant we had in June of £5000.
I opened an account with the Diocese for the Tower Fund on which interest will be earned.
The combining of the three account, St Mary’s, St Andrew’s, and Cray Valley Parish is now complete. The bank accounts for St Mary’s and St Andrew’s have been closed.
Although the balance at the end of the year looks good, the expenses each month on average exceeds the income by £600 - £1000. Although we have missed out on the income from the Hall because of Covid Virus. We need to think of ways to increase our income and spending less.
