Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in its governing document	Para 1.17	The objectve of the charity is to: preserve and protect the health, both physical and mental, of persons who have sufered or are sufering from domestc violence and/or domestc abuse,and stress and depression.
Summary of the main activities in relation to those purposes for the public benefit, in particular, the activities, projects or services identified in the accounts.	Para 1.17 and 1.19	The charity provides seminars, workshops, trainings, and academic support tutoring sessions. Capacity building sessions are also provided, especially for young people aged 18- 30 to enhance their personal development and their employability skills. All actvites are underpinned by research, to ensure that actvites meet identfed needs of promotng health and enhancing personal development.
