Fin•ncial revlew
It is the policy of the Trustee5 that unrestricted funds which have not been designated for a specifi¢
use should be maintained at a level equivalentto between three to six-rnonths expenditure. The
Trustees considers that reserves at this level will ensure that, in the event of significant drop of
fundine, they will be able to continue the Trustees current 3tt1vities while conslderatlon is given to
way5 in which additional funds may be raised. ThSs level of reserves has been maintained throuEhout
the year.
The Trustees has assessed the major risks to which the Trustees is exposed and are satisfied that
systems are in place to mitlgate exposerto the major risks.

The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis. The financial statements are
prepared in sterlin& which is the funrtional currency of the enttty and have been rounded to the nearesi

At the tlrne of approving the accounts, the Trustees have reasonable expectation that the Trustee5 has
adequate Te50urces to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the Trustees
continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparlng the accounts

objectives unless the funds have been designated for other purposes. Restrirted funds are subject to

donors thatthe capitsl must be maintained bythe Trustees.

Income Is recoEni5ed when the trustees us legally entitled to it after any performance conditk)ns have
been rnet, the amounts can be measured reliably. and It is probable that incorne will be received.
