The Trustees present their report and examined financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2024. The charity was dormant throughout the year and there were no financial transactions. 

Total income for the year amounted to £nil (2023: £nil). Expenditure amounted to £nil (2023: £nil). There was therefore no movement in funds during the year.
