To help, educate and inspire vulnerable and underprivileged children in the North East of England.

Objects: (A) For The Public Benefit To Promote The Education (Including Social And Physical Training) Of Young People In The North East Of England In Such Ways As The Charity Trustees Think Fit, Including By:(1) Providing Funds To Enable Educational Institutions To Provide Funding For Staff, Investment In Educational Infrastructure, Including The Purchase Of Equipment.(2) Providing Assistance To Educational Establishments By Way Of Funding To Increase Capital Expenditure Within Educational Institutions. To Assist In Such Ways As The Charity Trustees Think Fit Any Charity In The North East Of England Whose Aims Include Advancing Education Of Young People Generally By Developing Their Mental, Physical And Moral Capabilities Through Activities.(b) The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty In The North East Of England By Providing: Grants, Items And Services To Any Chosen Organisations Working To Prevent Or Relieve Poverty.to Relieve The Poverty Of Young People By The Provision Of Grants To Organisations Which Assist Them, To Enable Provision Of Activities Allowing Them To Participate In Healthy Educational And Recreational Activities That They Could Not Otherwise Afford. (C) To Assist In The Treatment And Care Of Young Persons In The North East Of England Suffering From Mental Or Physical Illness Of Any Description Or In Need Of Rehabilitation As A Result Of Such Illness, By The Provision Of Facilities For Work, Training, Recovery And Recreation. To Promote And Protect The Physical And Mental Health Of Sufferers Disease, Not To Be Limited To Physical Malady, In The North East Of England Through The Provision Of Financial Assistance, Support, Education, Research And Practical Advice To Advance The Education Of The General Public In All Areas Relating To Physical And Mental Wellbeing.(d) To Further Such Other Purposes Which May Be Charitable According To The Law Of England And Wales As The Trustees See Fit From Time To Time.
