The FoundaboTr was established by a Constitution dated 4 February 2016 and regslered with the
Charty Comrn15sion on 19 May 2016 as a Charitsble Incorporated Org8nK%atiifi govèrn8d by the
baw of England and Wales. The Trustees of the Foundation who are also the members have no
lialmlily for the Foundation's dèbts The number ofTw51¢es shall be a minirnum of three bul no mc¢e
than e￿h1. Tru8tÈes, including the first Tru$tee$, are appointed ftr a tèrm of Ihr8e years by way of
a resolubon approved by the Founder. The Foundin9 Trustee is appointed for Bs lorvJ as he Is able

tolaling £10,305,014 on 171h November 2016 and the Trustees sybs8quenUy purchased addilional

30 June 2019. In the same year, the trustees chose to s811 a painting held at a value of £120,000.
