**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE EDUCATION OF OLDER PEOPLE AND THOSE WHO ARE RETIRED FROM FULL TIME WORK, BY ALL MEANS INCLUDING ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES CONDUCIVE TO LEARNING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.

**Activities:** The trustees hold monthly (except August and December) meetings for all members. Meetings provide a chance for members to discover what is on offer with regard to trips or special interest groups. The meeting concludes with a presentation by a guest speaker on an interesting topic. Trustees arrange, support and publicise activities aimed at retired people who have a love of learning.
