accounls in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
{"the Act.).

basis of report
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have lollowed all the applicable Directions given by the Charily Commission
under se¢lion 145{5llb) of the Act.
Independent lThe charity's gross income exceeded £250,000 and l am qualified to
examiner's statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of linsert name of

I have completed my examinalion. I confirm that no material mallers have
come to my allenlion in connection with the examination lolher than that
