## **Annual Report for 2022** As the charity operates on an entirely voluntary basis with most the work and all costs being covered by Jax, the founding director, forward momentum and fundraising have been slow. Due to her full-time work commitment, caring responsibility, house moves and relocation to West Yorkshire, Jax has struggled to find time for the charity this year. As Jax is unable to devote the same degree of time and attention to the charity as she use to, it was agreed by all that the charity needs to find reliable volunteers that are willing to share the workload. Jax proposed that if the charity hasn’t secured any effective volunteers by mid December 2024, that it be dissolved and the funds distributed to one or more African conservation organisations with counter-poaching efforts.
