The Charity did nothing during the year. 

NOTE:  For reasons which no longer apply, there are two organisations with very similar objects and substantially the same membership.  One is the Charity and the other is an unincorporated association, Friends of Carnegie Library.  In Annual General Meetings of both organisations in March 2022, resolutions were passed to enable the Charity to take over the activities and assets of the unincorporated body.  The necessary arrangements for this are currently being made.
