# **Report of the trustees of Carnegie Library Herne Hill Association (the Charity) for the Year ended 31[st] December 2020** 

The Charity was formed for the purpose of taking an asset transfer of the Carnegie Library from Lambeth Council.  The trustees no longer expect the transfer to go ahead, or at least not to the Charity. 

There is an unincorporated association with substantially the same membership as the Charity and the trustees are exploring the possibility of the Charity taking over the functions of that body.
