**Objects:** TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY OF TROWBRIDGE AND ITS ENVIRONS ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.

**Activities:** To develop the capacities of residents of the disadvantaged communities. Providing safe places for young people to gain advice, make friends and engage in activities that will empower and encourage brighter aspirations. Engage with neighbourhoods to help identity their needs and mobilise to help themselves, as to safeguard the future of their communities working towards a more prosperous future
