implemented a 2-day workshop in March 2026
on emotional well-being and resilience in
Manekharka, Nepal, to a group of 65-year-old
secondary school students. This program was
developed with the charity’s mentorship, due
diligence, and monitoring, but was delivered by
a recent Nepali Psychology graduate and a V
Bhutanese social worker.
This program’s beneficiaries, young village
women in rural Nepal, showed increased
awareness of school and daily-life stresses and
learned coping strategies that will serve them
well as they navigate life choices in late

Detailed receipts were obtained for all
spending in Nepal, and all was accounted
