**Objects:** For the public benefit, to relieve the needs of children and young people in Nepal and Bhutan, in particular, but not exclusively, by providing or assisting in the provision of education, training programmes, healthcare projects and any necessary support designed to enable such individuals to generate a sustainable income and be self-sufficient.

**Activities:** We assist children and young adults in Nepal, India, and Bhutan with their education, medical needs, livelihoods, and career prep; including helping financially with tuition fees and accommodation to study. We help by sending them on training or other means of preparation to embark on careers generally related to health care. The charity may assist with early career plans and placements.
