independently of the PCC. Their registered charity numbers are stated. The Vi¢ar and the
Churchwardens are Trustees ex officio.
1. The Reverend David Kenneth Williams Trust (803708). The objects of the Charity are
to support such Christian religious and charitable purpose8 either within or outside th8
Parish as the Trustees consider proper. The Clerkto the Trustees has been appointed
by the Trustees as an additi'onal Trustee of this Charity. Most of the financial assets
are invested for capital growth. In 2023 the trustees granted funding of £10,000 to the
PCC towards the refurbi?hment and modemisation of the church hall, which is used
by church groups and by a number of community and commercial leisure and exercÉ8e
organisations. who hire it fortheir activities and thereby contribute to the PCC'S income
as well as ts outreach to the community .
2. The George Gumey Charity for the Sick Poor (2129eA). The object of the Charrty,
established in 1923 following a bequest, was to provide a qualified trained nurse for
the beneflt of the poor inhabitants of Croxley Green. Following the launch of the NHS
in 1948 this object was amended by discussion wth the Charity Commission to:
he use of the money from the trust to help individual csses of hardship as a result of
illness, and to provide amentlies such as invalid chairs for the use of people in the
parishes of All Saints, and St Oswald's. Tha incom8 from the bequest remains to

of Croxley Green.
The major event of 2023 was Ihe merger In June with the agreement of the Charity
Commission of the Croxley Green Annuity Fund with the George Gurney Charity, to which its
assets were transferred on the grounds that there was a substantial overlap in their objects,
namely the relief of poverty. The trustees intend during 2024 to combine the merged charity
with two other separate charitable bank accounts, to change the name of the George Gumey
Charity to the All Saints, Croxiey Green Parish Church Charity and to amend its Current
