provision of facilities for Islamic worship and education, in accordance
with the teachings of the Qur’aan and the Sunnah of the Prophet

(4) To provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of
social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of
individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth,
age infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances

||During the period, the trustees continued to search for a suitable
premises and the right planning permission to establish as a mosque.
Trustees provided religious guidance to 20 members of the public on a
monthly basis via phone guidance. This covered subjects such as
Tafsir of the Quran, Hadeeth, Aqeedah and Fatwas on various Islamic
matters. The trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the
Charity Commission on public benefit and are satisfied that the charity
is benefitting the public.|
