**Objects:** (1) TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FACILITIES FOR THE DAILY CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN BYTHE PROVISION OF A NURSERY SCHOOL WITHIN THE CATHOLIC PARISH OF WITNEY IN THE COUNTY OF OXFORDSHIRE;AND(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE PERSONS INVOLVED IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH CARE,EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES;IN EACH CASE ONLY INSOFAR AS SUCH OBJECTS ARE NOT CONTRARY TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIANRELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TENETS AND CREED OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH.
