Notts Pride attracted an additional 54,000 people into Nottingham City. We had 50 information stalls and attracted 15 sponsors, local businesses within the Notts area. We celebrated 2 organisstions at our annual LGBT+ awards during LGBT+ History Month. Financial review We started the year with £12,501 in the bank and ended the year with £7,822, the total cost of Ihe event was approximately £47,000. We are very pleased we were able to raise the funds to fund this year's event whilst still managing to keep a balance al the end of the financial year. The charity's policy on reserves There is no specific reserves policy as such but the trustees continue to review the viability of performing events and will make a judgement on the size of an event based on the income generated from grant providers and the cash available, after taking in consideration future expected costs. Financial risks The Charity has a significant risk of not being able to obtain sufficient income in order to perform its events. This is mitigated by the trustees assessing the income that has come in before making a decision on the size of the Notts Pride event. If the charity does not obtain the income rt wishes then a "light event" low in Cost to perfomi will occur. WithoLrt the help of our funders and supwrters, Notts Pride would not exist. We are etemally grateful to each and every one of the fundersl supporters and volunteers. Signed on behalf of the charity's tru5tees'. Signed Neil Cropley, Trustee Date
