**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:(1) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF EMERGENCY LIFE SUPPORT TRAINING THROUGH SCHOOLS AND COUNCILS IN WARWICKSHIRE.(2) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** We provide and promote CPR and Lifesaving skills training through schools, colleges, councils and community groups.  We carry out little acts of kindness including providing toiletry items to homeless people, young people living in hostel accommodation and victims of domestic violence.  We provide bereavement resources  for children and items to help families affected by the death of a child.
