**Objects:** TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 16 TO 25 BY ORGANISING PROGRAMMES TO GAIN EXPERIENCE IN REAL WORK AND REAL WORK ACTIVITIES SUCH AS INTERNSHIPS, WORK SHADOWING, PLACEMENTS AND VISITS AS A MEANS OF: (A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS;(B) ADVANCING EDUCATION; AND(C) RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT.

**Activities:** Inspire has two key objectives:1) To INSPIRE young people to maximise their potential in order to produce ?work-ready? young people through work related challenges and events, designed in partnership with business.2) To SUPPORT students in financial need to be able to undertake and complete their studies, through fundraising and business sponsorship.
