**Activities:** To benefit the residents of Dover and the neighbourhood by bringing together the said residents, local authorities and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide a real and / or virtual environment in the interests of social welfare for recreation leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents.
