## **Palestine Play Projects Trustee report for 2025** **Trustees’ Annual Report: 1 January – 31 December 2025** ## **1 Context** Throughout 2025 the humanitarian situation in Palestine continued to deteriorate. The war in Gaza and heightened movement restrictions in the West Bank curtailed everyday life and placed unprecedented demands on organisations working with children. These conditions framed both our fundraising environment and our programme delivery. In 2025, in recognition of our inability to build playgrounds given the uncertainties around the war and the political situation elsewhere in Palestine, the decision was taken to change the name of the charity from Playgrounds for Palestine (UK) to Palestine Play Projects. This has been o�icially accepted by the Charity Commission within the UK.
