**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:TO HELP AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BY:-- PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF PHYSICAL SPACES, AS WELL AS ACTIVITY PROGRAMS FOR PLAY, LEISURE, AND CREATIVE EXPRESSION, IN PARTICULAR FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN PALESTINE, OR IN REFUGEE CAMPS ELSEWHERE; AND- HELPING TO INFORM AND EDUCATE THE WIDER PUBLIC REGARDING THE SITUATION OF PALESTINIAN AND OTHER REFUGEE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR CHARITABLE NEEDS REGARDING PLAY, LEISURE, AND CREATIVE EXPRESSION OPPORTUNTIES.ARTICLE 31 (LEISURE, PLAY AND CULTURE) OF THE UN CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD:CHILDREN HAVE THE RIGHT TO RELAX AND PLAY, AND TO JOIN IN A WIDE RANGE OF CULTURAL, ARTISTIC AND OTHER RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
