||||||This year we are pleased to report that the disruptions<br>caused by COVID-19 in the educational<br>system<br>in Sierra|
||||||Leone and Malawi<br>have all been resolved. Things are|
||||||back to normal. The school calendars<br>are now reset to|
||||||start in September<br>and end<br>in July. In Malawi, the effect|
||||||ofclimate change<br>is affecting<br>daily school sessions. .In a|
||||||recent visit to Southern<br>Malawi, SACTS Trustees were|
||||||told that when the temperatures<br>are extremely<br>hot or|
||||||wet, the children<br>are sent home for their safety and|
||||||wellbeing.<br>There is not much we can do about this. We|
||||||are praying<br>for them and encouraging<br>them to work to|
||||||reverse climate change.|
