Responsibilities and basis of the Report
The Trustees of the Charitable Incorporated Organisation are responsible for the preparation of the Accounts in accordance with the requirements of law.
I have satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audited and are eligible for independent examination. I report in respect of my examination of the accounts as carried out in accordance with the Charities Act and directions and guidance given by the Charity Commission.
