Charity Commission Chair Report 2022 

The trustees held one committee meeting during the year and welcomed new Trustee, Steve Cripps. Concern was expressed about the maintenance costs and in particular the 2 entrance doors. Following a meeting, with Lincolnshire Property Representative and our County Councillor, to discuss this issue. The trustees are pleased to note that the issue has been resolved satisfactorily. The trustees note that the finances remain stable. The Group continue to organise the film screenings and to encourage increase use of the building. During the year several groups regularly used the facility it is hoped to build on this. The trustees are again grateful to the volunteers for their time
